First ever Carmarthenshire County Wedding fayre is a roaring success!
Almost 1500 people came to the showground on Sunday Oct 10th to attend the first ever Carmarthenshire County Wedding fayre. The hoards consisted of brides, Grooms & their families all eager to see the best that the county has to offer. They were treated to a range of more than 70 exhibitors, ranging from wedding venues, wedding stationery, wedding cars and so much more! Nancy and the hitmen set the timetable off with a bang, Catwalk shows by Emma Phillips bridal, Huw Rees Brides, Bride & Groom Carmarthen & Dyfed menswear brought the dresses to life, while 1st dance demos with Dancing fever, Hair by Steil llandeilo, bridal make-up with
colour me perfect created a great atmosphere while also proving a big hit with the nearlyweds.
We are truly thrilled by the turnout. We have had the turnout of a national wedding show whilst remaining a truly local occassion. Every exhibitor worked tirelessly to give our nearlyweds a day to remember and the feedback has been phenomenal. We've lost count of the number of times we were told that the Carmarthenshire County Wedding Fayre is the best fayre that people have attended - from exhibitors & nearlyweds alike.
The next Wedding fayre by Jessica Rice promotions is set for 20th of Feb 2011.
